Are there any chance of getting IET lko for btech in Civil engineering in spot round counseling of upsee if my upsee gen. rank is 35000 and obc rank is 12000 and there are 19 seats left for civil engineering in this college??

Dear student,
As per the previous years cut off, it seems a bit impossible for you to get civil engineering in Institute of engineering and technology, lucknow. Although there are 19 vacant seats, this does not assure your chance of getting a seat. You can still hope for the best. I just told you the results according to the previous year's cut off.
