It cannot be predicted whether Delhi University will release 6th cutoff list or not, but the chances are very low, as seats are already been filled in most the Colleges, however if a student withdraws admission from any college then the seat get vacant, and depending on the number of vacant seats college releases another cutoff.

So nothing can be said as of now, hope for the best.
