If you don't want to give NEET exam you can either go for AIIMS exam or JIPMER. But if you'll don't want to give any exam and get a MBBS seat then you can do it but not in India. In abroad there are universities which accept admission on the basis of 12th class marks in physics,chemistry and biology. The two best universities for this are Washington University of Barbados and American University of Barbados.
