Hello aspirant,
Mtech is an integrated course for 5 years. A good number of opportunities for mtech students are available. Coming to civil and mechanical there are only few chances for placements. But for cse and it you may get more opportunities
But in the prospect of placements students in mtech have more placements than mtech. Getting placements depends more on interpersonal skills rather than academic  qualifications
