Yes, there are few IITs that offer the BSC(BS) course as well but these are not like the typical bsc offer by other institutes:-

IIT Kharagpur: Integrated MSC AND BSC IN MATHEMATICS AND COMPUTING

IIT KHARAGPUR: Integrated MSC AND BSC IN APPLIED GEOLOGY

IIT KANPUR: BS IN MATHEMATICS AND SCIENTIFIC COMPUTING

IIT KANPUR: BS IN EARTH SCIENCE.

National institute of technology (NITs) or Indian institute of technology (IITs)  doesn't offer any bsc course in their institution. They offers b. tech degree for 4 years course in mechanical engineering or civil engineering etc. National institute of technology (NITs) or Indian institute of technology (IITs)  offer msc course in their institution.
