The thing which you are talking about is very very rare to happen. Normally it never happens with any student that he has cleared the cutoff and verified the documents in Delhi University but didn't get admissio. If you will be able to meet the cutoff level and verify your document in DU, you will definitely get admission in  Delhi University.

I would suggest you to think positively and hope for the best.
