You have to consider 11th and 12th class NCERT book for your study to complete your basics. Syllabus of NEET and state level exam is different, as there is only one entrance exam now. so, your first goal should be to finish NCERT books. If you want to score good marks in NEET along with NCERT you have to solve previous year questions papers, MCQs for your practice and try to solve mock test as well at least twice or thrice a week.
