As far as I know the admission for mbbs course is through NEET exam. Then why do I have to write biology in KCET ?

Hey Rohan,

You have to answer NEET Examination for admission. Only application in KCET is required i.e. you only need to apply to be eligible for counselling for that state.

In order to take admission in Karnataka Medical colleegs you need to appear for NEET Entrance Exam the admission will be through the state counselling. You can also check the further eligibility with the given below link.

Thank you mam , but you didn't quite answer my question. I agree that admission to mbbs is through NEET score , then why should I write biology in KCET ? that's my question

As per the eligibility you should have minimum 50% Aggregate score in Physics, Chemistry, Biology as a General Category.
