See if your category is listed in the Central reservation list of OBC-NCL and the certificate is of same format as available in the information brochure of NEET UG( when it will get released) then the certificate would work but if not then it won't work for NEET UG 2022.

Till now NEET UG 2022 application process has not started but expected to start from the month of April 2022  so once the application process will commence then for your reference you can check out the Complete NEET UG Application process for simplified application submission :-

** Very first step is to visit the official website ntaneet.nic.in and fill out the application form, then on first menu you have to do registration using your basic details such as name, father's name, mother's name, contact details and so on.

** Now on second menu item you will have to fill details like your academic performance, address, ID type, medium of question paper and so on.

** Then on Next menu item you will have to upload some images such as your

• passport size photograph
• Signature
• Class 10th certificate
• category certificate
• Left-Hand Thumb impression
• postcard size photograph (4"*6")

** Then you have to proceed for payment of application fee which can be done only in online mode either through Credit/Debit card or UPI or NEFT/RTGS.

** Then after you have to take the print-out of the NEET Acknowledgement receipt.

It's completely okay even if you have obc ncl certificate of UP, you can use it for NEET application form filling provided it is per the obc ncl format prescribed by NTA and it is issued by any of the competent authorities provided below:

-----------------------) District Magistrate or Additional Magistrate or Ist Class Stipendiary Magistrate or sub-Divisional Magistrate or Taluka Magistrate or Executive Magistrate

-----------------------)Extra Assistant Commissioner (not below the rank of 1st Class Stipendiary Magistrate.)

-----------------------) Chief Presidency Magistrate or Additional Chief presidency Magistrate or Presidency magistrate.

-----------------------)Revenue Officer ( not below the rank of Tehsildar )

-----------------------) Sub-Divisional Officer of your area

Neet 2022 information brochure hasn't been released yet. For now you can get obc ncl proforma on page number 102 of neet 2021 information brochure .

So, if your OBC NCL certificate is issued by any of the above mentioned authorities and is as per prescribed proforma by NTA then you can use it for Neet application form filling and also use it for NEET UP counselling & Neet all india counselling but it will not be valid for Maharashtra state counselling as for that you need Maharashtra obc ncl certificate.
