In neet form I have filled obc category and my obc certificate if of Uttar pradesh, please tell me it will be applicable in Maharashtra?

Dear Sir/Ma'm, if you have filled the OBC category certificate in Uttar Pradesh that means you are a domicile of that state. In that case, you will in neither way be able to take part in the 85% state quota counselling in Maharashtra since you are not a domicile of Maharashtra.
