With this huge rank, you won't be getting a seat in any NITs, IIITs or top government engineering colleges. Even your SC category rank won't be of any help here. Beyond 1 lakh, it's no possible to get into NITs or IIITs even with category reservation.

So I would suggest you to go for some top private engineering colleges in India which also accept jee mains score. With your rank, you might get some good scholarship in the private engineering colleges.

Dear aspirant for the rank you mentioned it is difficult to get any NIT even in SC category .

But you may get these NITs in spot round  :-

1. NIT Srinagar (Metallurgy)

2. NIT Manipur (Mechanical)

3. NIT Mizoram ( EC , EE ,ME and Civil )

4. NIT Sikkim ( Civil)

Apart from these colleges you have chances in GFTIs (Government Funded Technical Institutes) , which are also nice .

1. BIT Meshra

2. SLIET Longowal

Above mentioned two GFTIs are much better than those NITs you get , so you can also try here these also give you admission on JEE Mains rank .

But still you have July exam so you can do better and secure better rank to have better options .
