According to the previous year cut off you would require a rank around 1,00,854 and marks around 373 to get admission in Calcutta Medical College in the SC Category under the State quota of West bengal
And a rank around 40,520 and marks around 466 under the All India quota.
You can expect a similar cut off  this year too so, marks and rank in the same range would be sufficient.
