My all india rank in neet 2018 is 28014 while I am a sc student from west bengal..am i eligible to get admission in medical college,kolkata?

The admission counselling and all the procedures for the 2018 neet is already over and as for this year's cutoff you need minimum marks of 320 out of 720 in order to get into one of the government medical colleges even with SC seat reservation
you need to start preparing well for you 2019 neet if you are that passionate an ambitious about getting into medicine
start making your daily notes and give examinations frequently in the MCQ pattern to familiarise yourself with the types of questions ask and help you improve with your question selection and time management skills.

The cut off for admission in Medical College Kolkata was a rank of 49,772 and  448 marks in the previous year for the SC CATEGORY under the State quota. You cannot get admission anywhere according to your previous years score in NEET. If you wish to take admission here you'd have to attempt NEET in 2019. With A score around the range of 450 marks in 2019 you'd have a fair chanceof admission here.

NEET 2018 is already over and the councelling and admissions are also done. To get into a medical college for this academic year (2019) you will have to appear in NEET UG 2019. Then only will you be able to get admission into any medical college.
