At vitee vellor at counseling they ask 50000 dd .if i submitted that dd and then I want to change my college then how many Rs they

The amount of Rs. 50,000 is non-refundable. While the amount of Rs 21,200 is completely refundable if you wish to forfeit your admission.
I advise you to attend the counseling as you have a good chance of getting CSE in Chennai campus in 2nd or 3rd category.
