In a new initiative, the social welfare department of Government of Andhra Pradesh has decided to set up two new training centers for IIT JEE and NEET coaching.

Each coaching center will have 1000 students.

Andhra University in Visakhapatnam, Sri Venkateswara University in Tirupati, Koneru Lakshmaiah Education Foundation University in Vaddeswaram and Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences, Tirupati have made it to the HRD Ministry's list of top 100 universities in the country.

Andhra University overall category ranks 36.

Sri Venkateswara University overall category ranks 74.
