According to my seniors and all the teaching staff normally the on - campus placement for IPU colleges in DELHI gives the minimum package of 3 lpa and maximum is upto your potential and your willingness .

From my friend's college (according to seniors), 4–5 students are placed at around 7 lpa in samsung (NORTHERN INDIA ENGINEERING COLLEGE)

Maximum package basically depends on you not on the college.

You can have a  package of 12 -13 lpa by having a placement drive off campus .
