For a safer side and in order to avoid admission in not so good colleges, a rank near 5-6k would be considered okayish for Delhi General candidates.
However, for outside Delhi candidates, this graph can go much higher and they need a rank below 2k to get admission in a good college of IP University.
So, depending on that, a rank near 3k can be considered safe for all.
If you are going for spot round, then may be you can make it even at the lower ranks than that.
