Which college are you enquiring about,  there are many colleges which offer integrated BA-BED, for example Regional Institute of Education with its various campuses offers the course and admission is done through CEE conducted by NCERT, if you fulfill the eligibility criteria and you're interested to apply then you can register at https://cee.ncert.gov.in/
