I suspect that any college exists by the name you mentioned. So i am answering on the tag you put the question. 

College of Engineering, Trivandrum is a great college. The atmosphere, the fests and everything is very good. It is at par with some of the newly opened NIT's. The teachers and facilities of the college are also good. You can expect a good placement here as well. It is a great option if you don't get IIT or NIT.
