Hello Student!

IIT is definitely a good choice of college.
They have excellent job opportunities and coding culture.
You'll definitely learn a lot in any IIIT than a regular Computer engineering course in any college.
IITs are government Institutions, so they are government funded. Most if IIITs have fairly low fees.
Some IIITs like iiit Hyderabad and iiit Allahbad are even comparable to old IITs for computer engineering courses.

That being said IIIT Basara is definitely not up to the mark as these eminent ones but it's not a bad choice.
In the end it really depends on students and how hard they would want to work.
