Hope you are doing well! It's actually your choice to choose the one in which you have interest. No one can suggest a stream for you. We can only suggest which college is better but it is you who need to choose in which stream you have more interest. I can only help you stating each streams value and job opportunities.
CSE is the most likely choose stream by most of them people. If you have interest in software, computer programming, coding, computer languageslanguages, networking etc. Whereas ECE is also popular but not as cse which focuses on electronics devices ,communication equipments , circuits, microprocessors, microwave engineering etc. Likewise in EEE also deals with electronics but it focuses on machines, power systems, instruments etc.
And I will suggest first choose a desirable course and then look for colleges.
And with 50000 you will definitely not get iits and nits but may get iiits.

First of all your Jee main rank is very high you can't get CSE , ECE and IT in any nit or IIIT colleges .
You may get seat in lower nit with lower branch .
