Hello Ayush,
From all Point of views, both MBBS and BDS are good courses. You can not differentiate between them because these are totaly two different courses.
What you need to understand is that, how a particular college is? Because both these courses are very good but it depends upon the college facilities Nd what they provide to the students.

I would advise you that, choose according to your interest. Because this is the question of your career so choose a course based upon your interest.
