We can divide Civil engineering into five sub-branches.

1. Structural engineering

Structural engineers design structures like buildings (starting from small house to tall building like Bhurj Khalifa),bridges etc. They carry out strength calculations of the structure and supervise drawings.

2. Geot echnical engineering
