As per last year's cutoff it seems difficult for you get any NIT, and exact possibilities of your admission in any NIT, however you can try for state counselling like Haryana, Punjab, UP etc.

With your rank in JEE Mains 2020, you have less chances of getting a seat in any government engineering colleges like NITs IIITs and GFTIs.

As you are from OBC reservation category, you might get some seats in some newer NITs. So please go for all the rounds of JOSAA counseling and also the CSAB spot round so as to further increase your chances of getting a better seat.. You might get non core branches like food technology, biomedical engineering,etc in some of the good. For some good branches you might get in remote NITs like

• NIT Srinagar
• NIT Manipur
• NIT Mizoram
• NIT Arunachal
• NIT Nagaland

Please note that you won't be able to get CSE in any government engineering colleges with your rank even with you OBC rank. You will only be able to get non core branches.
If you really want to go for BTech CSE then you should go for some top private engineering colleges in India which accept JEE mains score.
