Hi!

IIT Bihar do offer Scholarships for students with financially weak background by Merit-cum-Means Scholarships (MCM). This is based purely on your marks that you have obtained, will fetch you the scholarship you require. The Eligibility Norms for this Scholarship will be announced by the IIT. You'll be asked to submit some documents such as your marksheets, your Financial Status Certificate, etc,. which will be required by the College.

If you feel this Scholarship is not enough for you, then you can apply for Education Loan in your Bank where you can apply for it for your Educational Needs.
