No, you are not eligible for B.Sc. Chemistry (H) as per this year's admission notification by JMI because the eligibility criteria mentioned is  Senior Secondary School Certificate or an equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in aggregate of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and in the subject concerned.

Since you have done your study in Biology which is a part of Science, then yes you are eligible to study Chemistry, but you will have to start from the basics and even take a few extra classes to cover up.
