You are eligible for 85% state quota in Punjab and Gujarat but according to the rules you can fill any one of the states for 85% quota so it's your choice whether you want to fill Punjab or Gujarat.i hope this information helps you.

Dear sir,But as per my information MBBS admmission for punjab and gujarat also need state domicile as well as 10th and 12th from that state only. please clear in detail.I will be very thankful to you.
