MS Ramaiah university is a newly formed college and I think 3 batches have got placed yet. The placements are with the main campus so no issues regarding placement. The Campus is same as that of Ramaiah Group and faculties are one of the finest kn bengaluru. I think if you didn't make it to top 10 colleges then you should definitely go for it.

Yes, this is a state university established in 2013. As it is new it doesn't facing much criticism. Placements are there in whicj many of them are with good packages. Administration is good.
In last, college is good for study. Students can choose it as a study place.

Ex-student of MSRUAS here. College is a good one. But placements are still improving. You can visit the campus in PEENYA to know more about the placement scenario. They have a good view of engineering education. Students have to take up 2or 3 term tests (depending on their performance) and 2 sem end exams. There are also 2 Assignments per sem. These are subjected to deeper understanding of the subject and understanding high level questions and real life based situations. 

Overall college is good and placements scenario can improve.
