With 146 marks in neet you have no chance to get bpt college in lucknow. You need at least 300 marks in neet to get bpt (Bachelor of Physiotherapy ).
If you want to get admission in physiotherapy, it is not mandatory to clear neet entrance exam. Neet exam is mainly for admission in medical courses like MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS etc.
There are many university which pursuing Physiotherapy is to Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology).
