Both of these college are good , with almost same opportunity,
Both of courses  are good withtheir purpose . It depends upon you that want you want , there are some difference between b.tech biotechnology and b.sc biotechnology .
B. TECH BIOTECHNOLOGY:-B.tech biotechnology is not only about biology, it includes chemistry, physics and other subject with more lab work as compare to b.sc in same.  With technology knowledge.
B.SC BIOTECHNOLOGY :-It mostly about theory part than practical . B.sc is mostly focus on biology. B.sc with m.sc become almost equal to b.tech biotechnology.
It up to you which course you like more if you are interested in other engineering technology knowledge then go for b.tech biotechnology.
