Look, B.Tech course is a Technical course whereas MBA is a Managerial Course . Most of the students done B.Tech+MBA course as they want to grab a techno-managerial job that needs both of these degrees .

Well, through B.Tech CSE , you still can get good placements  in reputed companies like TCS, Infosys, IBM, Amazon, Adobe etc. as per your TPO cell tie ups with several companies .

MBA will give you a management knowledge which you can use after some years of experience as a software engineers in companies .

Placements in CS totally depends on your skills. If you are skillfull no one can stop you from getting the good placements. But if you do not have the skills then there is no meaning of doing B.Tech plus MBA too. There are different scenarios if you only do btech or go for both btech and mba. of course, MBA is a post graduation course so you will be able to achieve new hieghts. but that doesnt mean you cant do anything by doing btech only. Develop the right skills practice daily and work hard , you will be able to crack one of the highest package.
