vipul garg No, it is not sorted yet. But it will be sorted soon when I will report the college after counselling, I will have to tell them about this.

Yes you can fix the error made. Mostly every college opens a correction window for their application forms. IPU will also open their correction window. You can then login using your id and password and correct the respective details.
