Hello Aspirant!
Sinve you have not mentioned if you are talking about government job or continuing your education in a government institution, I am providing you information for both.
The eligibilty criteria for both government jobs and PhD. differs for different institutions. Some accept the distance learning qualification, while some mandates the regular classroom qualification. You will have to check out for the eligibilty criteria at the concerned organisation or institution.
