As per you marks you will not get a government medical College.we know neet is a tough exam so everybody can't make a government medical College. You can get management quota seat in good colleges do try. I am mentioning some of the good self financed colleges

Witth a score of 250 you dont have a chance of getting a seat in government college through any case either its all india quota if you belong to general category but you might have a rare chance if you belong to any other category. You can apply for private colleges which are best for medical courses. Some of them are listed in link provided below-

The cut off marks or percentile is 50th percentile for the admission process through All India or State quota for general category and 40th percentile for SC, ST category. A score of 250 marks therefore has a very less chances of admission through All India Quota for MBBS or any other medical course.
