My marks in neet 2019 is 563 and AIR 18693 . Can I get a medical seat through All India quota?

Maybe yes in some colleges of some states like Vijaynagar Institute of Medical Sciences, Bellary of Karnataka had a previous year AIQ cutoff of 546 marks and usually the AIQ cutoff are around 540 and above only. But yes, keeping in mind that the competition has increased so much this year since the number of candidates had increased and also the paper level was called easy comparatively, the cutoffs might go even higher.
So best wishes to you. Hope you get a seat in some college through AIQ. But what I'll suggest is your marks are decent enough to get a seat in your own state through the 85% state quota.
