Hello student yes it's not mandatory to have psychology subject in class 12 as eligibility criteria says - Candidates must passed or appearing class 12 with minimum 50 percent marks from a recognized board. Independent universities government and private institute conduct entrance examination for admission. I request you to please help me with your preferable college so that I can check and provide you the exact information.

Being a humanities student, you can do BA Psychology and not BSc Psychology. The minimum eligibility criteria for BA Psychology is 10+2 examination with English as a core subject.
