That is based on many factors. Firstly, you would need to have obtained your MBA from a top tier highly accredited university and graduated in the top of your class.

As you don't have Programming background hence it would be difficult. As Google has historically been an engineering driven company. The fact that you have an MBA will not be their main reason for hiring / not hiring you. What you have done before will, and what you can do will even more.
