Candidates are eligible those have passed 10+2 with science stream to write the IISER Aptitude Test. So you can write the exam but there will be Biology questions.

There are four sections in the the exam- Physics, chemistry, mathematics and Biology. There is NO SECTIONAL CUT OFF and since you're a PCM student you'll have to skip Biology section and will have to do your best to score really well in the other 3 sections to clear the cut off.
