can a student from telangana apply for utter pradesh state counselling for Private mbbs colleges

Hello Bhagwan

Yes you can apply as there are many  States which provide access to  students for MBBS admission in the private medical college, following are the open states- Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamilnadu, Puducherry, Uttar Pradesh , Uttarakhand, Bihar, West Bengal, Sikkim, Tripura, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, and Rajasthan.

Indian States which don’t allow students for MBBS admission (not even in private medical colleges) are called Closed States, the following States are Closed States- Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh,Gujarat, Punjab, J&K, Chhatisgarh, and Odisha.
