hi sudhindra,

According to the guidelines of mcc, if you get a seat in the 1st round of counseing then you have the choice of free exit,i.e, you have the choice to leave the seat by not joining the college and still not forfeit the money. But if you get a seat in the second round, and you dont want to join it ,you can leave but you forfeit the security money. In any case you have the choice to not join the college alloted to you but once you join the college, yyou can't resign. so keep that in mind. So you can reject mcc allotment and go for kea counseling. But please note that once you already report and join the college alloted to you by mcc ,you cant further go for kea counseling.
