Yes, a candidate who have cancelled the seat allotted in KCET First round of the counselling will be eligible to participate in Casual Vacancy Round. He/she must have selected choice 3 as per KCET 2021 Counselling guidelines in order to participate in Casual Vacancy Round. Choice 3 indicates that the candidates is not satisfied with the seat allotment by KEA and wish to participate in the subsequent rounds by forfeiting the seat allotted. Such candidates cannot claim the seat that had been forfeited regardless of the outcome after the casual vacancy round seat allotment.
