can a student who has cancelled kcet engineering seat in 1st round participate in kcet casual vacancy round?

Hello Aspirant!

KCET Casual Round is not a specific round. It is a round held after the second round has been extended if there are still vacant seats after it. The KCET casual round are also knows as the spot selection or spot counseling. After all the counseling are done ,if there are still some seats vacant then they do for casual vacancy. But if all the seats get filled then they do not conduct a casual vacancy round.

If KCET Casual Vacancy Round were held and you not get any seat or cancelled seats in 1st as well as 2nd round ,then only you can participate in Casual Vacancy Round.
