Yes you can ,Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) (Prevention and Control) Act, 2017, This act were Passed by the Parliament of Union of India, which prevents to discriminate against a person in employment, and other areas of life, owing to his/her HIV positive status.

There are many provisions which make HIV positive people as eligible as other for any king of Employments.

People shall not be discriminated while renting property, standing for public or private office. One can not be forced to disclose his/her HIV status unless it is asked by the court so that its disclosure is necessary for justice. Any employer cannot make HIV testing for joining as an employee even at later stages one cannot fire you off just because of your HIV status.
