Hello Anshul, See for competitive exams such IAS/IES/IRS/IFS/IPS/Banking and more, BSc won't be helpful but with B.tech you will be eligible for UPSC exam (and it would be helpful to you too), especially IES exam...

Since you have got good marks in class 12th so hopefully you can do your best in any of the field you'll choose. Money and comfort both can be earned by doing the work of your own satisfaction. So, if you can do a lot of hard work for competitive exams then you should take option no. two. Option no. one is quite easy to go, you just need to chill and code and code... 

In my personal opinion third option is not really good, doing so many things together is a bit confusing and you will have a lot of load on you.Rest everything depends on your interest, what you like to study.
