The admission procedurw for IP University is quite simple. All you have to do is to fill out the forms of IP University's Entrance Exam and then appear in that exam to give the Entrance test. Then the candidates will be shortlisted according to their ranks. Unfortunately, IP University has already conducted itsi entrance exam for this session on 11th May 2019. Maybe you can try next year if you are determined to take admission or try some other University.
