Admissions to JNU is based on your performance in JNUEE which is conducted in association of NTA ( National Testing Agency) the same organization which conducts NEET. It is very possible to find sample entrance examination paper for JNUEE. For registering in JNUEE, you need to first apply online and then pay 300 Rs. Best of luck!
