As you will prepare for medical exams in 2020, so there is only one change that will happen next year which is replacement of NEET pg by NEXT is the exit exam basically. Its only for pg students that neet will not happen. But for ug mbbs still neet remains the same 

But coming to aiims, abolishment of Aiims bringing one common national exam for admission in all medical colleges is not confirmed by the officials till now. Till now it will remain aiims exam seperately only till any rule is officially paased and confirmed by the mci and government. 

If any changes happen, the news will be available on official as well as career 360 site.
