You query is a bit not clear, but I will try to help you with your query.TS EAMCET is conducted to get admission in various B.tech and Agriculture courses in Telangana.A candidate can get a seat in any college in Telangana if he/she qualify in TS EAMCET.However, candidates from other state can also appear for TS EAMCET as 15% seats are for non-local so with a valid rank in EAMCET a candidate is eligible to apply for any college in Telangana.

But you cannot get admission in any other state other than in Telangana through TS EAMCET.
