The eligibility criteria for TS EAMCET is that the student must have passed 10+2 with  Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry  or any related vocation courses in engineering with at least 45% marks for UR and 40% marks for SC/ST.

So without mathematics you can't get BTech course through TS EAMCET.
