Hello Aspirant,

The eligibility criteria for M.Sc. Biomedical Engineering is that a candidate should have done a bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering or a Bachelors degree in physics, physical engineering, chemistry, chemical engineering, electrical  engineering or mechanical engineering.
M.Sc in Biomedical engineering is not offered by any college in India and if you want to study abroad the  you will have to appear and score well in TOEFL and IELTS.
